The Construct Theatre Project

I joined the team of The Construct Theatre Project in 2021 after featuring in two of their projects, The Lockdown Collective and The Incident at the Conundrum Hotel as a performer. Since joining the team I have worked on three projects as a Lead Practitioner, including The Tempest, MYTHOS and The Colour Out of Space, which have all been performed in association with The Edge Theatre and Arts Centre in Chorlton. Our upcoming project FARM (July 2024) will be my sixth project with Construct.

The Construct Theatre Project was founded by artistic director, Alex Barrett in 2019. We are a Manchester based theatre company in practice surrounding adaptation and new writing - championing collaborative creative vision and innovation.

My work as a Lead Practitioner at Construct includes facilitation, devising, writing, design and directing. I can often be found running rehearsal sessions, warmups and assisting with stage management. In 2022 I was writer and director of The Starcatcher, a featured story in MYTHOS and I have worked as assistant director on multiple projects.
